Day 1, Arrival in Siemreap

Upon arrival at he airport (preferable on the morning flight. You will be picked up and transferred to

THE APSARA ANGKOR HOTEL for accommodation

Soon after check in you will be taken to visit the fabulous and grandiose Funerary Temple of Angkor Wat,

whose lotus-shaped towers dominate the surrounding area, to see its carvings depicting the

Ramayenna Hindu epic. etc.

Day 2, Siemreap-Bangkok
This morning you will be taken to visit the old capital of the Khmer Empire, Angkor Thom, to see its Bayon a

nd 53 towers each with 4 faces of he Lord and deep carvings depicting the daily life, The Terraces of the Elephants and of the Leper King, the Victory gate and the Ta Phrom temple that has been let untouched

so that you can have an idea of what the place looked like when it was discovered by a French naturalist

who was hunting for butter flied, stumbled on it at the end of the 18th century. Time permitting you will

also visit the Baphuon, the Phimean Kas,, Pre Rup, etc.
In due time you will be transferred to the airport for your onwards flight. (B.)
