Day 1, Arrival in Yangon

                    Upon arrival at he airport of this modern days commercial capital city of Myanmar, Yangon, formerly known as Rangoon, you will be met and transferred to the DUSIT INYA LAKE RESORT for overnight.

Later this afternoon you will be taken to visit the world famous massive Schwedagon Pagoda of great religious significance and beauty.

                    A welcome dinner will be served at a local restaurant tonight. (D.)

Day 2, Yangon-Bagan

                     Early his morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Pagan, a former capital of Burma, or Bagan, as called in the local language; upon arrival you will be met and transferred to the AYE YAR HOTEL from where you will immediately start your visit of this fascinating archeological site, you will see: the Nyaung Oo Market; the Schwezigon Pagoda the prototype of all stupas in this country; the Kyansitha Umin, a tunnel with interesting paintings; the Htilminlo Temple etc.

                   A lunch will be served en route.

                   This afternoon sightseeing will include the Archeological Museum, the Ananda and Manuha, Temples, and will see some lacquer ware cottage industries.

Day 3 Bagan-Mandalay

                   This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the SEDONA HOTEL; soon you will be on your way to visit yet another capital of the past, namely, Amarapura to there see the spectacular Mahamuni Pagoda, the museum and the Zekyo market.

                Lunch will be served at the hotel.

               This afternoon you will be taken to visit the newly reconstructed Royal Palace, the Schwenandaw Monastery, noted for its exquisite woodcarvings, the Kuthodaw Pagoda, the Atumashi Monastery and the Mandalay Hill.

Day 4 Mandalay-Yangon

                    This morning you will be transferred to the airport for our flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred back to the DUSIT INYA LAKE RESORT; Soon thereafter you will be taken to visit the Kabaye Pagoda, the Mahapasana Guha Cave, Chaukhtabkyi, a colossal Reclining Buddha Image and the National Museum.

                    Lunch at the hotel.

                    Your afternoon sightseeing will include he Bogyoke Aung Sam Market, famous for its Myanmar’s gems, the Sule Pagoda in the City center, the Botataung Pagoda, the Nanthida Jetty to see the River life on the Yangon River.

Day 5 Yangon-Onwards

                    Morning free at leisure for own shopping. Lunch at the hotel.

                   In due time you will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to the airport for our onward flight. (B.  L.)
