Daily by private transport at 07.15 p.m.

 

            The staple diet of the North is based on glutinous or sticky rice,

but the cuisine going with it is very much different form what is tasted

in Bangkok.  Tonight, it will be served by charming waitresses in local

dress and we will be entertained by a performance of folk dances. 

After dinner there will be followed by an outdoor performance of

music and dances by many different hilltribes.
